Kathy is CEO/Founder of her own media and communications company and has extensive  experience in broadcast, print and online media, management, sales, marketing and public relations.

She has served as publisher and feature writer of several online and offline publications including Publisher of BROKER AGENT Magazine, a highly successful real estate trade publication.

Kathy brings to REO Agent Magazine a winning combination of her years of experience in marketing various media and in-depth knowledge of the real estate market.

Michelle Y. Llamas


Michelle is a seasoned feature story writer for real estate trade publications in print and online including Broker Agent Magazine where she served as the magazine’s Associate Publisher.  As Editor and Chief Feature Writer of REO Agent Magazine, she lends her mastery of the written word to an area she is familiar with.

A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a B.A. in English – Technical Communications, Michelle is also a freelance writing consultant for local small businesses.

T.J. has been providing graphic design services  for over 14 years, with an emphasis on marketing media for small businesses. His work has been seen in magazines, periodicals and newspapers across the country.

Not a stranger to the world of real estate publications, T.J. worked with the REO Agent Magazine team on ad design and graphics for a previous magazine. He also designs for the Web while focusing on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and App creation.

T.J. brings his own unique mixture of site design and graphics to the REO Agent Magazine stage.
